Youth Protection – the 6 most important rules for our young guests
Celebrate in the beer tent, meet friends and have a great time … this should also be possible for you as a teenager. But please with decency and in compliance with all the rules that are formulated in the Youth Protection Act. We in Grandls Hofbräu Zelt are already looking closely at the entrance. The following, clearly formulated rules of the game must be adhered to:
- No access to the beer tent for minors under the age of 16 years.
At the entrance there is an age check – your identity card must be presented. ID card copies will not be accepted. Minors under the age of 16 only get access to the beer tent if they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian. Other escorts will not be accepted. - All minors who have already consumed alcohol are not allowed access our beer tent.
Our security service is instructed to carry out an Alcomat test in case of suspicion. - Alcohol consumption has limits.
For 16- and 17-year-old beer tent visitors the law allows a moderate consumption of beer. To make it clear: The responsible use of alcohol is our condition to celebrate in our beer tent. If our security service gets the impression that alcohol is being consumed beyond measure, action will be taken. - No alcohol for teens under the age of 16 years.
There is generally no release of alcohol to young people under the age of 16 years. - Spirits are a no-go for teenagers.
Spirituous beverages (spirits, liqueurs, alcopops, …) are generally a no-go for minors. In our beer tent there is a strict rule: No sale of spirits to persons under the age of 18 years; The sale of alcoholic beverages at the bars is only for visitors of full German age. The transfer of spirits, for example from adults to adolescents, will not be tolerated. - Alternatives to alcohol.
Even without drinking alcohol you can have a lot of fun in the beer tent. On our drinks menu you will find a whole range of non-alcoholic drinks which will be served gladly to you.
