Reservation conditions
We make reservations for you in the middle section for five persons and in increments of five (5, 10, 15, 20, 25… persons). In the side boxes only complete tables can be reserved: In the side boxes reservations are possible for 10 or 12 persons and in increments of those numbers depending on the size of the table, in the Grandl box and Königin-Katharina-Box tables for 10 and 12 persons each are possible. After you completed your reservation you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation and an invoice.

Important information for your beer tent visiting
The use of beer tokens, chicken tokens & credit vouchers
The value of tokens for beer and chicken or the credit vouchers is a sales guarantee for the places you have reserved on your reservation day in our beer tent. The value of the tokens for beer and chicken also can be used to order and pay for any other food or drink from our menu. The difference in price as well as the serving fee then just has to be paid directly to the waiter.
Further information
Reservations can be made if you are at least 18 years old. The total bill resulting from your actual consumption must be paid directly in the beer tent. Any objections to the contents of the invoice must be submitted directly to your waiter or waitress or in the reservation office.
Payment arrangements
The value of the tokens for beer and chicken is due to be paid by bank transfer after receiving the invoice to Grandls Festbetriebe GmbH. The service fee – not to be confused with the voluntary tip –must be paid directly to the waiter on your reservation day in the tent. The credit voucher that you receive when making a reservation in a certain area is valid only during the period printed on the voucher; A refund of balance amounts or the refund of unredeemed tokens is not possible. The tokens for chicken are only valid for the “Cannstatter Volksfest” 2023.
Shipping of the wristbands and tokens
To make sure that you can enter the beer tent without any problems on your reservation day it is necessary that you are already in possession of your wristband and that all of your guests are provided with one of the wristbands before entering the tent. We also offer a shipping of your tokens and wristbands for a shipping fee of € 15.00 within Germany or € 25.00 for shipping within the European foreign countries (excluding Switzerland; insured shipping after receiving the payment). Otherwise you can pick up the tokens and wristbands in our reservation office on the fairground “Cannstatter Wasen” in our beer tent prior to the reservation day. It is not possible to ship the tokens and wristbands to packing stations, mailboxes, APO addresses and to Switzerland.
Access to the beer tent
Please take your seats on time. Reserved tables can be held up to a maximum of 20 minutes after the confirmed reservation time. In cases of high visitor frequency on the fairground “Cannstatter Wasen”, failure of buses and trains as well as with heavy traffic on the access ways we will keep your tables at least 45 – 60 minutes starting from your reservation beginning.
Please note that large bags, rucksacks or luggage may not be taken into the beer tent. The maximum allowed sizes are 30cm x 30cm x 10cm (length x height x thickness).
Collection, processing and use of personal data
For the handling of the reservation process we need your correct name and address data as well as your e-mail address in order to confirm the reservation and to be able to communicate with you. Personal data will not be passed on to third parties. According to the Federal Data Protection Act our customers e.g. have a right of free information about their stored data, as well as if necessary, a right to correction, blocking or deletion of data. Detailed information can be found under the heading „Privacy Policy“.

The bonus will be handed out in the form of beer tokens.
